Sjoerd Dobbinga

Sjoerd Dobbinga started working at the Brain and Development lab after completing his Msc. in Health and Medical Psychology at Leiden University in 2018. For his master thesis he studied attention to visual pain- and itch related stimuli in healthy participants.

At the B&D lab he works as a research assistant for the L-CID project. He is involved in collecting and processing (f)MRI- and behavioral data, as well as ambulatory assessments in a longitudinal twin study.

Sjoerd is interested in the relationship between health (behaviors) and the development- and functioning of the brain.
